蓬静如(1930.7—)女，满族，辽宁沈阳人。擅长年画。曾在鲁艺文工团从事舞台美术工作，历任东北鲁迅文艺学院、东北美专研究生、教员。辽宁美术出版社美术编辑、年画编辑室主任、调研室主任。曾在第三届全国年画评奖中获年画编辑工作奖。
