金桂清，1959年生于江苏扬州，毕业于福建大学工艺美术学院。先后受教于吴冠中、袁运甫、华君武、冯健亲先生。
1982年结业于苏州工艺美术学校装饰画专业
1986年作品《弹棉》在北京《中国漆画展》展出主办单位：中国美协、轻工业美术公司
