李小山，湖南美术出版社有限责任公司执行董事、总经理、总编辑，编审，系中国美术家协会会员、中国工业设计协会会员、湖南省美术家协会理事、湖南省设计艺术家协会副主席。
人物简历
1986年毕业于广州美术学院中国画系，先后在湖南教育杂志社、西北纺织学院服装系工作。
1990年调入湖南美术出版社。
1998年被聘为副编审，中国工业设计协会会员，中国美术家协会湖南分会会员。
1990年，一部以编年方式展示齐白石艺术成就与曲折漫长的艺术发展过程的大型画册选题《齐白石全集》，被列入国家“九五”重点出版规划。他受聘担任了《齐白石全集》编辑委员会委员，参加制定《全集》方案的起草工作，协助主编组稿、拍片，又担任了《齐白石全集》第一、二、三卷的责任编辑工作。《齐白石全集》获1997年度第三届国家图书奖。
此后，又担任国家"九五"重点图书出版工程《中国现代美术全集·农民画》与《海外藏中国历代名画》责任编辑工作，参与了论文、条目编撰工作，其学识水平和工作能力由此日益提升，不断成熟。国家“十五”重点图书出版工程《中国现代版画经典文献》主编，《海外藏中国历代名画》获第四届国家图书奖提名。《中国现代版画经典文献》其中的《明朗的天》获第十二届中国图书奖。针对设计艺术的迅速发展及在现代社会生活各个领域中日益深入的现状与趋势，策划、编辑了《设计表现技法》丛书；参与《艺术市场》、《当代艺术》丛书的编辑工作，又先后编著、编译了（与人合作）《现代平面设计表现技法》、《现代艺术大参考》丛书第9、第16、第19、第22辑，撰写了《中国农民画论》（与人合作）、《新物象--蒲国昌艺术随想》、《拓展设计领域的新天地》、《从设计实践走向设计文化》等论文著述，对学术界有着较大影响。
2003年3月担任湖南美术出版社副社长。
2009年5月任湖南美术出版社有限责任公司执行董事、总经理、总编辑。
