王培森(1936.10—)河南人。擅长舞美设计。1956年毕业于西安美院附中，1961年毕业于中央戏剧学院舞美系。历任中央实验话剧院舞美设计、剧院艺委会委员，中国舞美学会艺术部部长。一级舞美设计，享受政府特殊津贴。舞美设计《火焰山的怒吼》入选中国舞美设计展，《戊戌喋血》等三个设计入选全国舞台美术展，舞美设计《王屋山下》、《梁山与祝英台》等获文化部舞美设计奖及中国话剧舞美金狮奖。
