黄鼎：字尊古，又字旷亭，号闲浦、闲圃，又号独往客，晚号净垢老人。江苏常熟布衣。清初的画家中，师承正统嫡嗣、入仕清廷、主持编辑《佩文斋书画谱》、主持绘製《万寿盛典图》、官至户部左侍郎、翰林院掌院学士，黄鼎向王原祁学习元人画法，尤其对黄公望研习较深。在打下良好的绘画基础之后，转师王石谷，广临宋元，将南北宗各家汇集、变化，并且走出大门，面向自然，加强丰富传统的素养。黄鼎看尽九州山水，下笔有生机。其实黄鼎在游历名山大川的同时不仅只是搜集写生，而且开阔胸襟，增长见识，以至交结朋友，切磋技艺。当时他曾客吏部尚书宋汉的府第。宋工诗文与王士祯齐名，精鉴赏富收藏，画家名流之迹，在他这里，黄鼎于许多方面都得到了很大的提高。黄鼎的名声，全凭他的画艺之高

醉儒图
