潘振镛（1852-1921）字承伯，号亚笙，又号雅声，别名冰壶琴主，晚年被称为讷钝老人、钝叟、钝老人。是 秀水（今浙江嘉兴）人。出身于绘画世家，祖父潘楷工花卉；父潘大临工仕女。幼年即染家学，六七岁时便能画人物。父亲去世后，为生活所迫，曾当过短期商店学徒。不甘就此消磨时日，仍专心习画。后从师钱塘名画家戴以恒，画艺日臻精妙，尤工人物仕女。曾往来上海、杭州、南浔、桐乡等地，敬求绘画者甚多。长卷大轴，应之不倦。民国初年在上海偕弟潘振节与高邕之等发起组织豫园书画善会，以鬻画所得，半充义举，一时响应者甚众。卒年七十  。
