在辽宁省博物馆里，至今珍藏着一幅永定籍著名画家张伯龙的《纪恩图》。该画绢本设色，宽103厘米，高166.3厘米，创作时间是康熙五十三年（1714年），今年恰好300年。
      杨捷（1627—1700年），江苏宝应人，清代康熙朝昭武将军，光禄大夫，兼太子太保，参加了平三藩、收台湾、征准噶尔等许多重要战役，功勋卓著，死后获旨厚葬，赐赠少傅兼太子太傅，谥敏壮。也就是说，杨捷立了大功，去世后，他的孙子杨铸袭世职，镇守居庸关，1714年，杨铸随从康熙皇帝到了河北滦阳热河避暑山庄，皇帝命令和诗，赐给杨铸果食、扇联，又再命令他于御苑中乘舟观赏荷花，张伯龙把这场景绘成《纪恩图》。到了同治年间，何廉舫翰林还为其后人杨诚斋都尉题诗。
       张伯龙作为宫廷画家，忠实地描绘了杨铸在热河行宫享受“御苑乘舟观荷”这一特异恩宠的情景。图上山峦锦绣，池中荷花盛开，杨铸将军端坐御船中，神态慈祥，一派感恩心境跃然纸上。图画的上下左右，题满了当时翰林院满腹读书的翰林们24首题画诗。诗作者有王式丹、宫鸿历、赵熊诏、王图炳、王敬铭、陈邦彦、史贻直等。
       可以想象，张伯龙能够作为康熙皇帝所倚重的画家，为平叛大功臣杨捷之孙绘《纪恩图》收藏于宫廷，有这么多翰林乃至状元与之称兄道弟并在画上题诗，是多么荣耀的事。
