于克敏(1956.6—)云南昆明人。擅长油画，毕业于解放军艺术学院美术系油画专业，后又考入中央美术学院油画系硕士研究生课程班毕业。1984年参加中越边境自卫还击作战，任战地摄影记者。现任昆明部队专职画家，中国美术家协会会员，现任云南省美术家协会理事，云南省油画艺术委员会委员，二级美术师。油画《晌午》、《薄一波与青丰碑春集》入选建军70周年全国美展，分别获四川省美展优秀作品奖和成都军区美展一等奖；《春集》入选第八届全国美展；《打靶归来》入选第九届全国美展，并获第九届全国美展优秀作品奖，云南美展银奖；《龙腾虎跃》获第十届全军美展优秀作品奖，入选第三届中国油画展，获云南省省级政府奖；《共进午餐》（合作）获第十届全军美展二等奖；入选第三届中国油画展。部分作品被中外艺术家收藏。出版有《于克敏油画作品选集》。
