顾国建，兰州军区文艺创作室专业画家、国家一级美术师、甘肃画院院外画家。曾任放映员、美术编辑，兰州军区文艺创作室专业画家、国家一级美术师、甘肃画院院外画家。作品曾参加第七、八、九届全国美展及历届全军美展。

1952年4月生于江苏无锡市，浙江宁波人
1969年2月应征入伍
1978年2月毕业于中央美术学院油画系
1984年加入中国美术家协会会员
2000年当选甘肃省美术家协会副主席
2000年任兰州军区政治部文艺创作室副主任
2002年被评为国家一级美术师
2003年中国美协第六次全国代表大会代表
2006年中国文联第八次全国代表大会代表
