关晋文，1963出生
1985毕业于中央美术学院敦煌班
1999进入中央美术学院壁画系研究生班学习
现为敦煌研究院美术研究所
1994作品《野雪》入选第八届全国美展(合作)，获甘肃省二等奖。
2007作品《梦》入选甘肃省美术作品展，并获省美展二等奖。
2001香港志莲净苑壁画《观无量寿经变》（合作）
参与创作兰州火车站穹顶壁画、内蒙和林格尔、无锡梵宫等大型佛教题材壁画。
部分作品在《美术》、《江苏画刊》、《甘肃画报》等刊物发表。
多幅临摹作品参加国内外展览，部分作品被多家机构和个人收藏。
