杜玉华，男，1940年8月生，江西萍乡人。1961年毕业于江西师范大学美术系。现为中国美协会会员，中国水彩画家学会理事。省美协常务理事，省水彩画研究会会长。江西师范大学美术学院教授。
杜玉华的水彩作品入选七、八、九全国美展，及多届中国水彩粉画画展。《井岗雪》获“第二届全国水彩粉画展”优秀奖。《霜天》获“’90杭州中国水彩大展”金马奖，《静静的山村》获中国“长江杯”水彩大展优秀奖，《井岗岁月》入选“全国建军七十周年镁展”并获省美展一等奖。作品多幅分别发表在《全国七届美展水彩画精选》、《现代中国水彩画》、《亚洲水彩联盟画集》以及《中国现代漆画》、台湾《艺术家》、《雄狮美术》、《大陆水彩名家技法》等重要刊物。于1993年7月在美国波士顿CCI画廊举办个展。部分作品被国内外博物馆、美术馆收藏。并多次由中国文化部对外展览部门推介，前往美国、加拿大、日本及东欧等地展出。
