曹德兆，天津市美术家协会主席。1939年7月生于天津，1963年毕业于中央美术学院油画系

吴作人画室，后在天津北辰区文化馆工作。曾任天津美术家协会副主席兼秘书长。现为中国美术家协会理事、天津市美术家协会主席，红桥区政协书画家联谊会会长，一级美术师，天津画院顾问，天津市文学艺术联合会副主席兼秘书长。享受国务院特殊津贴。

 传略收录于《世界著名艺术家词典》，《中国美术年鉴》等，擅长油画、中国画，其作品《边陲歌舞》、《高原驼铃》、《南国情》、《海棠花》、《君子兰》、《海滩速写》、《武夷秀色》等油画作品和中国画《藏女》、《高原风情》、《赏梅》、《牡丹图》入选国内外大型展览。作品还有油画《喜丰收》、《秋韵》、《 草原春色》、《绿色的风》等，壁画《春之曲》等。作品曾在日本神户、名古屋、大阪、四日市，韩国及香港、澳门、台湾等国家和地区展出、出版画集，部分作品获奖。中国画《牡丹》获国际水墨画优秀奖。曾五次访日进行文化交流，作品多为其政府和收藏家珍藏，长期的基本功磨炼，使曹德兆练就了坚实的造型能力和绘画基础，进而对绘画的理解和审美情趣的追求，形成了一套不俗的艺术格调和品位。他的人物画，讲究“以神写形”，不求细节的精致，多见笔墨迅疾、简括、松动，造型在似与不似之间，意到为足，画出了不同意境和神韵。

 Cao Dezhao, Chairman of Tianjin Artists Association. Born in Tianjin in July 1939, he graduated from the Oil Painting Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1963.

Wu Zuoren's studio later worked in the Cultural Museum of Beichen District, Tianjin. He was Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of Tianjin Artists Association. He is the director of the Chinese Artists Association, the chairman of Tianjin Artists Association, the president of the Association of Calligraphers and Painters of the CPPCC Hongqiao District, the first-class artist, the consultant of Tianjin Painting Academy, and the vice-chairman and secretary-general of Tianjin Literature and Art Federation. His biographies are included in Dictionary of World Famous Artists, Yearbook of Chinese Fine Arts and so on. He is good at oil painting and Chinese painting. His works include Frontier Song and Dance, Camel Bell on Plateau, National Conditions of South China, Begonia Flower, Junzilan, Sketch of Beach, Wuyi Beach, Tibetan Girl and Chinese painting.《 Highland Customs, Plum Appreciation and Peony Picture were selected for large-scale exhibitions at home and abroad. His works include oil paintings such as "Happy Harvest", "Autumn Rhyme", "Grassland Spring", "Green Wind" and murals such as "Song of Spring". His works have been exhibited and published in Kobe, Nagoya, Osaka, Four Days, Korea, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and other countries and regions. Some of his works have won prizes. The Chinese painting Peony won the International Excellent Prize in Ink and Wash Painting. After five visits to Japan for cultural exchanges, most of his works are treasured by his government and collectors. His long-term basic skills have helped Cao Dezhao to develop his solid modeling ability and painting foundation, and his understanding of painting and pursuit of aesthetic taste have formed a set of fine artistic style and taste. His figure painting pays attention to "writing with spirit" and does not seek the refinement of details. Quick, concise and flexible brush and ink are often seen in his figure painting. The shape is between similarity and unlikeness, and the meaning is enough to draw different artistic conception and charm.
