1964年生于中国陕西省；
1985年毕业于西北民族大学美术学院；
1995年毕业于中央美术学院第九届油画助研班；油画作品选入《全国少数民族艺术展》并获优秀奖；
2003年于中国美术馆举办《燕娅娅——阳光•天使油画作品展》；
2004年油画作品《盼》入选《第十届全国美展》，获CCTV中央电视台颁发本年度“最精彩女性奖”；
2005年新加坡及法国国际艺术交流协会联合举办《燕娅娅——阳光•天使》亚洲巡回个展；
2006年入选中国美术馆《经典十年》油画展；
2007年于香港抱趣堂当代美术馆举办《娅娅•山上的故事》油画作品展；
2008年油画作品《看着我的眼睛》入选中国美术馆《2008第三届中国北京国际美术双年展》；

2016年3月，《燕娅娅油画展》在上海合作组织秘书处举行，上合组织秘书长阿利莫夫、中国外交部代表、吉尔吉斯斯坦和土库曼斯坦驻华大使、上合组织成员国大使和外交官夫人，秘书处官员和文化机构人员参观了此次画展；

燕娅娅油画——帕米尔高原

 Yanya (1964 -) was born in Shaanxi, Manchu. He graduated from the Department of Fine Arts, Northwest Institute of Nationalities in 1983 and studied in the Department of Oil Painting, Central Academy of Fine Arts in 1995. In 2003, Yanya's Sunshine Angel Oil Painting Exhibition was held in the Chinese Art Museum. This group of paintings is a "plateau picture scroll" conceived by the artist nine years into the Pamir Plateau.

Yanya was born in the ancient city of Xi'an. By chance, she went to the Pamir Plateau in Xinjiang and was attracted by the bright sunshine and simple folk customs there. She herself recalled that feeling, saying that it "triggered" her "life story". "The natural color with strong vitality and the ever-changing natural light have deterred me forever." Since then, she has traveled back and forth between Beijing and Pamir, creating a large number of oil paintings on Tajik children. Yanya's paintings are full of sunshine and warmth. In her recent works, she pays more attention to the inner portrayal of the characters, and makes the characters more prominent through light and shadow processing techniques and virtual background.

In 2006, he was selected to the Oil Painting Exhibition of the Ten Years of Classics of the Chinese Art Museum.

In 2007, an oil painting exhibition entitled The Story of Yaya Mountain was held in Hong Kong Baoyitang Contemporary Art Museum.

In 2008, the oil painting "Looking at My Eyes" was selected as the third Beijing International Biennial Art Exhibition of 2008 by the Chinese Art Museum.

In 2009, Yanya Oil Painting Portrait Exhibition was held in the Chinese Art Museum. Oil paintings were selected into the Second China Small Oil Painting Exhibition sponsored by the Chinese Oil Painting Society.

In 2010, his works were selected as "Chinese Oil Painting Exhibition in Art and Contemporary Society" sponsored by the Chinese Oil Painting Society; his works were selected as "Sunshine Xinjiang Sketches Exhibition" sponsored by the Chinese Artists Association; his works were selected as "Searching for Blue Eyes and Green Eyes - Yanya Oil Painting Exhibition" sponsored by Malaysia; his works were repeatedly exhibited by the United States, Germany, Canada and other countries. Singapore, India, Turkey, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan galleries and other domestic and foreign publications have published their oil paintings and papers on many occasions.

In 2011, the selected works were sponsored by the Chinese Artists Association and exhibited by the National Art Museum of China.

His works were selected to host the exhibition "Oriental and White - Youth Art Works on the 30th Anniversary of the Academy of Fine Arts of the National Academy of Painting".

In 2012, his works were selected for the exhibition of "Beautiful Home, Charming Xinjiang - Oil Painting Works" sponsored by the Chinese Artists Association.

In 2013, "Post-realism and New Classics" Contemporary Chinese Realistic Oil Painting Exhibition, invited by Inner Mongolia University Academy of Fine Arts to give a special lecture, and "Spiritual Light" Contemporary Classic Masters Works Exhibition;

In 2014, he was invited to give a special lecture by the Art College of Guizhou Normal University, and was appointed as a special professor of fine arts. With the sincere invitation of President Otunbayeva, he made a twelve-day art visit and academic lecture in Bishkek.

In 2015, the special speech of Peking University Library, "Painting in the Heart is the True Meaning of Bearing the Freehand Spirit"; The Chinese Dream Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition is the 5th Anniversary of the Founding of "Art Tiancheng", a series of exquisite exhibitions "Famous Artists Entering Peking University";

In March 2016, Yanya Oil Painting Exhibition was held in the Secretariat of Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The SCO Secretary-General Alimov, the representatives of the Chinese Foreign Ministry, the ambassadors of Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan to China, the ambassadors of SCO member countries and the wives of diplomats, officials of the Secretariat and personnel of cultural institutions visited the exhibition.
