白冰洋，中国美术家协会会员，北京美术家协会会员。
油画家，1988年生于山东，2006年考入中央美术学院。
2010年毕业于中央美术学院油画系第一工作室，获学士学位。
2014年毕业于中国艺术研究院，导师杨飞云教授，获硕士学位，。
现为中央美术学院油画系孙为民导师博士，当代油画研究方向。
