忻东旺画作

忻东旺，1963年生于河北张家口康保县忻家坊村。1988年毕业于山西晋中师专艺术系，1994年结业于中央美院油画系第七届助教进修班，2003年结业于中央美院油画系首届高研班，先后任教于山西师范大学美术系、天津美术学院油画系；现为清华大学美术学院副教授。中国美协会员，中国油画学会理事。主要作品有《诚城》、《明天多云转晴》、《适度兴奋》、《远亲》、《武装》、《保卫》、《边缘》、《早点》等，分别参加了“第三届中国油画年展”获银奖、参加“首届中国油画学会展”、参加“走向新世纪——中国青年油画展”获同名奖、参加“第九届全国美展”获铜奖、参加“建党八十周年全国美术作品展览”获优秀作品奖、参加第三届油画展、参加“首届北京国际双年展”、参加“第十届全国美展”获金奖。2005年12月至2006年1月分别在中国美术馆和上海美术馆举办个人画展。2006年1月在上海美术馆举办《村民列传—忻东旺油画作品展》。

1963年生于河北省康保县忻家坊；

1983年到山西石豹沟煤矿做临时工，坚持自学绘画，后辗转晋中太谷县印刷厂当设计员；
1986年考取山西晋中师专艺术系；
1988年山西晋中师专艺术系毕业，分配山西大同幼儿师范学校任教；
1989年《四月》等六幅水彩画参加“第六届全国新人新作展；
1990年调山西师范大学艺术系任教；
