毛毳（1958-）女，河南省郑州市人。汉族，著名女性画家，现为中国美术家协会会员、河南省书画院专职画家、国家一级美术师、河南省油画学会理事。1975年至1977年商邱市丝厂美术组工人，1979年至1983年河南大学美术系油画专业本科毕业，1983年至1986年河南省商邱地区文联美术家协会副秘书长，1986年借调到河南省美协工作，1986年至今河南省书画院专职画家二级美术师。作品曾参加“首届中国油画学会展”。"“中国美术馆典藏现代绘图精品展”。第四次世界妇女大会“中国女美术家作品展”。“走向新世纪--中国青年油画展”。“中国小副油画作品大展”。“携手新世纪--第三届中国油画展”等。作品曾获“第九届全国美展”优秀奖。“中国油画大展”铜奖。“纪念‘讲话’发表60周年全国美展”(河南展区)金奖。2000年由中国油画学会派遣赴意大利等欧洲国家艺术考察交流并在意大利举办“四人联展”。多副作品被中国美术馆及国内外艺术机构收藏。曾参加中国嘉德拍卖。1998年举办“毛毳作品展”并出版《毛毳画集》。

2000年经文化部批文，中国油画学会派遣、应意大利丁氏艺术中心及波罗尼亚大学美术学院邀请赴意大利等欧洲九个国家和地区艺术考察交流。期间举办了“中国艺术家四人作品展”在“MARS‘SALA”画廊举办个展。
2000年作品《1999-10-26》参加“中国当代绘画书法作品展”（香港展览中心）。
2001年作品《2001-1-16》参加“研究与超越——中国小幅油画作品大展”。作品《1996-4-6》参加“中国油画大展”。
2002年作品《1997-10-12》参加“纪念”毛泽东同志在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话，发表60周年全国美术作品展览（河南展区）。
2003年应邀参加了上海双年展系列活动——中国上海美术馆、法国方世聪（上海）工作室、安亭新镇博物馆主办的“世纪一镇——中外百名艺术家憧憬安亭新镇”创作展。（上海美术馆）
