张新权，1962年生于山东。1983年毕业于曲阜师范大学美术系，现为南京艺术学院油画系主任、教授、硕士研究生导师，中国美术家协会会员。

Zhang Xinquan was born in Shandong Province in 1962. He graduated from the Department of fine arts of Qufu Normal University in 1983. Now he is the director, professor and postgraduate supervisor of the oil painting department of Nanjing Art College, and a member of China Artists Association.
