欧日东，广州市人，1957年生。现任：中国美术家协会会员、广东省水彩画研究会常务副秘书长、广州市美协油画艺术委员会学术委员、广州市美协水彩画艺术委员会副主任。

从事油画、水彩画创作三十余年
1986年在广州举办“欧日东水彩画展”
2006年在广东举办“欧日东油画展”
2007年在广东举办“李正天、欧日东油画展”
2009年在广东顺德举办“如日中天”欧日东油画展
2011年在广东东莞举办“欧日东”油画水彩作品展
