陈占恒，男，1974年生于河北省保定。
1992年考入天津美术学院油画系。
1995年参加天津市第四届青年美展，并获优秀作品奖。
1996年毕业，学士学位，现任教于河北大学工艺美术学院。
1996年油画《时光不在—手足》获得鲁迅美术学院、《美苑》举办的美苑杯优秀作品奖，并发表。
艺术成绩
1996年登录第6期《美苑》。
1996年获得台湾山艺术文教基金会颁发的罗中立油画奖学金。
1996年11月参加在北京中国美术馆举办的罗中立油画奖学金获奖学生作品汇展。
1999年10月油画《望驾台》参加第九届全国美术作品展览（上海），并发表于《第九届全国美术作品展览—油画作品集》。
2001年《于家之三》入选中国油画学会举办的研究与超越—小幅油画展。
2001年9月考入中央美术学院油画系助教进修班1班。
2003年入选第三届油画展。
