王晓明，江西景德镇人。擅长油画、中国画。1975年考入吉林省艺术学校，1978年毕业后留校任教。现任吉林艺术学院美术系讲师，中国美术家协会会员。曾去西藏师范学院援教两年。中国美术家协会会员，吉林省美术家协会主席、教授、硕士研究生导师，吉林艺术学院设计学院院长。作品有中国画《织毯图》（获第二届全国青年美展三等奖）、《小诗》等。油画《未来世界》获第六届全国美展金质奖，为中国美术馆收藏。油画《天.纯蓝》入选庆祝建军60周年美展。1984年第六届“全国美展”，金奖；1990年第二届“中国现代油画展”，新加坡；1999年第九届“全国美展”，优秀奖；2001年“纪念建党80周年全国美展”，优秀奖。
