言师仲，湖南湘潭籍，1947年生于青岛。中国国家一级美术师，中国美术家协会会员，美国油画家协会大师会员（OilPaintersofAmerica)，山东省美术馆画家。1967年中央美术学院附中毕业，1980年浙江美术学院（现中国美术学院）油画系研究生班毕业，研究生导师为全山石先生。1980-2007年任山东省美术馆专职画家。1998年至今旅美画家。作品多次参加中国国家级、省级美展并在中国、美国、日本、澳大利亚、法国、韩国等国家及香港台湾举办个人画展、参加联展，获诸多奖项，其作品在国内外报刊杂志发表，出版有《海外中国油画家·言师仲油画作品》四部个人作品专辑画册，更多次在中美两国举办个展及参加联展，其技艺备受业内行家赞誉，荣获美国油画家协会大师会员称号，并荣获美国油画家协会年展（OilPaintersofAmerica)大师会员金奖，作品广为国内外艺术机构、美术院校和个人所收藏。
